It's HOT!!!!!

Plus 34 without the humidity today, feels like plus 40C with the humidity + no air conditioning = HOT

We went to the legislature grounds this morning with some friends and the kids had lots of fun playing in the wading pools. I have some cute pictures that i will post when we get our basement computer back up and running. We had to takethe computer down to prep the basement for new carpet that we are getting on Wednesday.

We came home, put Lucas down for his nap and Alyssa and I are laying on the livingroom floor under the ceiling fan trying to keep cool. You know it's hot when Alyssa doesn't even want to go outside LOL.

Our weekend was fun. On Saturday we went to a park to celebrate Britton's (Lucas' little buddy) birthday. Then we came home and played in the new wading pool that we bought for the kids.

On Sunday we went to church, came home and napped Lucas and then went to Zephan's and Cooper's birthday party. The kids had a blast. We came home and had a quick bath and then straight to bed.

We love nice weather but, this heat is starting to get to us. I'm trying to decide if we should order pizza for dinner or go to a nice air conditioned restaurant. I am just not in the cooking type mood today.

Oh and Matt left again for Houston on the weekend but, thankfully its only for a week this time.

Anyway , I'm off to see how buried our fans are in the basement. All the furniture for two rooms is squished into the laundry room so the carpet can be installed.
